Attorney Fees

For attorney fees, our office accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover), cash, personal check, and money orders. Attorney fees are generally billed on a flat rate basis and can be paid on a payment plan. You can discuss your individual payment plan with the Attorney during your consultation. No interest or fees are assessed on payment plan options.

Immigration Filing Fees

Filing fees for immigration can be paid by personal check (made payable to U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY), cash (paid via an attorney check), or for some petitions, credit card (no debit cards accepted).
